Gerry Leisman's misconducts

My name is Marco Bonafede and I am an Italian psychiatrist. I am writing to you for a question of misconducts concerning professor Gerry ( Gerald ) Leisman.

• Professor Neuro  & Rehabilitation Sciences – University of Haifa, School of Healt Science
• Professor of Neurologia Restaurativa - Department of Clinical Neurophysiology
  Institue of Neurology and Neurosurgery - Universidad de Ciencias Medicas de la Habana Facultad "Manuel Fajardo"
• Chair, Scientific Committee - 2018 world conference on Movement and Cognition 27-29 July 2018 at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.
  I hope you want to submit the problem to your University's Ethics Committees.
  I ask that yours Ethics Committees to examine first a known case of scientific misconduct and plagiarism. This is the article "Synaptic strengthening and continuum activity-wave growth in temporal sequencing during cognitive tasks" appeared in the magazine “The International Journal of Neuroscience -Taylor & Francis”
  The reason for the retraction of the article is that it contained plagiarism of the text and data taken from my book "Physics of mind".

  However, the article retracted contained not only plagiarism, but also falsification, which I would like to highlight:
  - The State of New York Department of Health denied that it had ever funded the research of Leisman and Koch.
  - Explanatory images of a theory were presented falsely as taken from fMRI and PET.
  I ask you to ascertain with greater precision the behavior of research mysconducts.

  I think that it is not ethically acceptable, several years after the publication of a scientific article, that authors declare to be personally responsible only for some parts of the article: it is another form of misconduct.
• Leisman never paid the partial compensation to which he had been convicted by Italian justice.

It is very strange that no thorough investigations have been carried out on the misconducts of Gerry (Gerald ) Leisman.
